Kol haKfar, the downtown egalitarian minyan, meets again this Friday chez Folkinshteyn for an evening of prayer, dining and Torah. We have a special treat -- Baylene Wacks will sponsor a kiddish and dessert in honor of her grandfather's 90th birthday. Join us in raising a toast to him on Friday.

Our hosts are kosher -- we ask people to please bring packaged and hekshered dairy/vegetarian side dishes to share. Baylene is supplying wine and dessert; vegetable dishes, Israeli salatim, kosher wine and soft beverages are best to bring.

Also, we owe a big thanks to Jared for hosting a wonderful Kol haKfar evening in Park Slope last Shabbat. Stay tuned for future Brooklyn gatherings.
