Dear Friends,

Many of you are wondering what to do about last-minute Yom Kippor services downtown. Here are a two suggestions:

Daniel Neiden’s High Holy Day Services
Conservative/Egalitarian services conducted at St. John's Evangelical Church

81 Christopher Street between 7th Avenue and Bleecker.

Children are encouraged and child care is available. No Tickets - donations accepted.

Yom Kippur
Sunday, Oct. 1st 6:30-8:00pm
Monday, Oct. 2nd 9:30-1:30pm (Yizkor @ noon)
Monday, Oct. 2nd 4:20pm-7:00pm


Ohel Ayalah
Ohel Ayalah will hold free, walk-in services – YK Kol Nidrei only. Yom Kippur begins on Sunday night, October 1.

If you are in your 20s or 30s and looking for a service that is traditional but also contemporary, musical, beautiful, and intelligent, consider joining us.

On Kol Nidrei night (Yom Kippur) there will be two services, one at 6 p.m. and the other at 8 p.m. Each will last about two hours.

Sukkot
Stephanie and Zeke have graciously opened their home yet again for Sukkot davening and a community meal this Friday evening, October 6th. Time TBD. After the fast start thinking about what you'd like to bring!
