The downtown egalitarian minyan, Kol haKfar, meets this Friday night April 1, 2005 at 6PM to daven kabbalat shabbat and ma'ariv. Please bring a siddur. Our host is Rachel Smith:
208 Thompson Street Apt 8 (between West 3rd and Bleecker)
Volunteer to host the minyan on April 15th, please email us at kolhakfar@yahoo.com.
Future events:
April 3rd is the Town And Village Synagogue Annual Cantor Moss Memorial Concert: Featuring Cantor ShaynaPostman, the Town & Village Synagogue Choir and Junior Singers, and the Student Choir of the H. L. Miller Cantorial School of the Jewish Theological Seminary
Sunday April 3 at 7 pm
Town & Village Synagogue
334 East 14th Street
tickets: $18; $10 for students
April 14th is the last Slivovitz & Soul party by JDUB at The Slipper Room at 10PM. Sources indicate S&S is a great party, and, for some of us, hopefully a less drunken evening than the SOBs JDub Purim event.
Shavuah tov,
Kol haKfar
